I had a Cracker Jack box all prepared and placed the ring as the prize of the box. Marla went to the restroom at the Opryland Hotel and I acted like I just bought the Cracker Jacks at a little store there. We then walked over to a rock near a waterfall - it is where we had our first picture taken when we first met. I told her she could have the prize inside (unless the prize was a temporary tatoo!). She then opened it and started crying. It really surprised her and worked out great! :)An interesting thing happened about 2 minutes before the proposal. A man and his wife walked by and the man said to Jeff, "Be careful - that is where I proposed to me wife!"
